Service and support

The service of the Virtual Software Alliance consists of carrying out software projects and taking care of supporting activities for our customers. We can carry out projects based on a fixed price or based on a rate per hour. Before we make you an offer for a project we analyse the job to be done and write a precise description of the project as we will carry it out. Defining projects does not take place virtually, but in close consultation with you as our customer. In the description of the project we lay down which activities will be carried out by the Virtual Software Alliance. Upon that we make you an offer for the project.

When we have agreed on a project, the Virtual Software Alliance starts the job, possibly with our virtual partners. It is important to know that carrying out a project does not take place at the customers office.

As the software is created we provide you with it in a test site. Here the software can be examined before it will be installed definately and be taken into production.

When asked the Virtual Software Alliance also carries out supporting tasks like examining processes, producing statistics or supporting your assistants.
