To improve the flexibility of our customers the Virtual Software Alliance continuously invests in developing new Oracle business software products. Through these products the speed and comfort with which our customers do their jobs increases enormously.

VSA Automatic payment-entry
With the VSA Automatic payment-entry payments of all your customers are processed automatically within your administration. In practice we are able to process up to 99 percent of all bookings automatically. This means that only very little numbers of entries should be processed manually. On top of that the VSA Automatic payment-entry makes sure that bookings are processed up to the moment shortly prior to manufacturing exhortations. In this way we prevent large numbers of customers who got the exhortation incorrectly from calling your organisation. Therefore your customer service assistants can directs their attention to profitable tasks.

VSA Double Check
The VSA Double Check helps you find double adresses in one or more files (currently only applied for the German market). With the parameters the VSA Double Check can be adjusted according to the wishes of a customer. The VSA Double Check functions on amongst others phonetic rules.

VSA Dynamic Output System
With the VSA Dynamic Output System you can process selections of data from a database. With the help of a parametersystem you can adjust these data according to your own wishes. After that the data can be printed with a report-writer. In this way you can direct your communications aimed at individual customers, for example when printing accounts. The VSA Dynamic Output System is also very usefull for specific marketingcampaigns. The VSA Dynamic Output System is currently being tested.

VSA Scheduler
With the VSA Scheduler batchjobs within an Oracle database can be processed. This module is currently being tested.

VSA Dynamic E-Mail System
Within the VSA Dynamic E-Mail System templates for emails can be defined. With the help of this tool you can determine the templates according to your wishes and produce emails in both text- and html-versions. Moreover attachements can be added to emails. With the help of a dynamic selectionsystem both receivers and email-data are being selected. These are subsequently being put together in a way that can be compared with mailmerging large numbers of letters.

VSA Administration- and Check-System
Within the VSA Administration- and Check system users, tables and userrights are being recorded for the Oracle database within your organisation. On top of that a check- and controlsystem is integrated for the database with which possible mistakes of your assistants can be detected at an early stage and thereupon can be made undone. Specific checks can be defined while the system is operational.
